Facts and Questions 1. What is the turn around time? We will do your order as quickly as possible. Usually it takes approximately 1 1/2 - 4 weeks plus shipping time from beginning to end. The turn around time is based on the customization that you require. The more custom it is the longer it will usually take to complete. Let us know what it is that you would like and we can let you know how long it will take to complete. If you have a rush order please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs if it is at all possible. 2. What methods of payments are accepted? We accept personal check, money orders, cashiers checks cash and MasterCard, Visa or Discover. We also accept Pay-Pal which includes Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information on how to pay with Pay-Pal. 3. What kind of paper and printer is used? We are proud to offer a high quality laser printer and we use a semi gloss paper or a hard card stock paper depending on the product. Some of our products are also laminated. Be careful of companies that use ink jet printers. These products can run and smear if they get slightly wet. 4. Can I order just the wrapper or label? Yes, we only sell the wrapper or label and you wrap your own. This will save on product costs and shipping costs. 5. How do the wrappers adhere to the candy? We recommend using a glue stick to wrap the wrappers. It is very easy and we will supply you with instructions. 6. How do the labels adhere to the bottles, Bubbles, & Play-Doh? The labels have an adhesive backing. You just peel the back lining and adhere to the bottle. 7. Are the labels and wrappers water proof? Since we use a laser printer the wrappers and labels are very water resistant. We will be happy to supply you with a sample so you can test them. 8. Will I get a chance to view the final product? Yes, we will provide you with a sample of the final product for you to review. We can either email it to you or send a sample in the mail. We prefer to send you a copy in the mail, since colors can be different depending on the monitor you have. 9. How do I order? What if I want a special design? We take orders either via email customkeepsakes@earthlink.net or via phone @ 714-979-1823. Or via our on line order form. If you see a design that you like, let us know which one it is by the design number and if it doesn't have a design number then provide the description and what product you would like. Also let us know what information you would like to include. We will be happy to help you with any part of the order process. If you don't see a design that fits your particular theme or event, let us know what you would like and we will create some samples for you. There is no extra charge. 10. Can your designs be used on any of your products? Yes, we can use any of our designs on any of our products. We also customize them especially for you.
