What would you like on the back? Nutrition facts or something else? Please provide any changes and additional information we may need.

Please provide any color changes you would like? (Most Colors borders and fonts can be changed. Only some of the graphics colors can be changed.  We will let you know if there is a problem with your selections.)

 

Do you want to include a photo?

(If the picture is a professionally taken photo you will be required to provide us with a release from the photographer.  All professionally taken photos have a copyright and we can not legally use them without a release.  The photographers usually have no problem doing this and provide it very quickly).

Please provide any other information or changes you would like. If you would like to order additional items please include here or send an additional on line order form or contact us 714-979-1823 or email customkeepsakes@earthlink.net

 

We will contact you via email or phone to confirm your order within approximately 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).  We will then let you know how long it will be until we can provide you with a proof.   Once you approve the proof  we will contact you for your billing information and to ship your order.
